Hi, I'm Deedi.

I’m a professional content marketer by day and a book reviewer by night (and early morning). Books are my favorite thing in the whole wide world.

Some fun facts about me:

  • I currently work as head of content at Bubble.

  • I was raised and live in Central New York, about 4 hours from NYC (but I lived in NYC for 6.5 years!)

  • I love to dance and run. I grew up in a dance studio and still take weekly ballet classes. I’ve also run three half-marathons and hope to run many more!

  • My couch is my happy place — if you don’t count my hot tub. And the Adirondacks.

  • I’ve been reviewing books for more than eight years now (!).

  • I run a book club dedicated to the Booker Prize longlist called Booker of the Month.

  • My favorite way to read a book is to listen to the audiobook as I read along in print.

  • Indie bookstores > Amazon, always.
